We've lived in this house for just over a year now. It's been fabulous, having gotten very lucky that overall, there have been no major issues (knock on wood). But the time has come to start thinking ahead about all the "cosmetic" updates I'd like to do over the next few years.
Recently, I put together a quick JPEG with some Wish List items for the outdoor/curb appeal...
I've been pinning items on my Pinterest account, having found most items at Home Depot (of course, with it being only a few minutes away, totally convenient).
While the house will stay white, I want to bring in some pops of color and I've got the whole American theme going here. Black is the metal of choice with perhaps some brushed nickel.
